Terms of Service

This storefront is intended primarily for United States business purchasers. By using it or placing an order, you represent that you can enter a binding agreement, are of legal age in your jurisdiction, and will use products only for lawful purposes.

Submitting an order request creates an unpaid draft for review; it is not a completed purchase, does not reserve inventory, and does not guarantee acceptance. Render Packaging will confirm availability, shipping or freight, taxes, final pricing, and payment before accepting the order. We may reject or cancel an order before fulfillment for inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, inability to verify information, or other legitimate business reasons. If payment was captured for a canceled order, the amount will be refunded.

Prices, promotions, specifications, and availability may change without notice. Cart estimates and order requests exclude or may not reflect final shipping, freight, taxes, and fees; those amounts are confirmed on an accepted quote, invoice, or checkout. Confirmed orders are governed by the accepted order, quote, or invoice.

Images, dimensions, material fields, compatibility references, and other catalog details are provided to help evaluate products but may include supplier-provided information and reasonable production tolerances. Colors and appearance can vary by screen and manufacturing lot.

Request samples and written specifications before a case or custom order when fit, thread, closure, liner, material, regulatory status, or appearance is important.

Packaging requirements vary by product, configuration, intended use, jurisdiction, and labeling. A catalog label such as “child resistant,” a material name, or a general compliance discussion is not a blanket certification for every use.

The purchaser is responsible for validating the complete filled-and-labeled package for its intended market. Rely on a certificate, test report, or material declaration only when Render Packaging or the manufacturer provides it in writing for the exact container, closure, liner, configuration, and intended use.

Custom and printed work begins from the specifications and proofs approved by the purchaser. You represent that you have the right to use artwork, marks, copy, and other materials you provide. Approval authorizes production and makes the approved details controlling for that run, subject to stated tolerances.

You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. Do not misuse the storefront, interfere with security, scrape it in a manner that burdens the service, introduce malicious code, violate another party’s rights, or use products or services unlawfully.

The Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy are incorporated into these terms. A written quote, invoice, or custom agreement controls if it expressly differs.

Except for an express written warranty provided with an order and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the storefront and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Render Packaging disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the extent those disclaimers are legally permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Render Packaging is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, business, or data arising from the storefront or products. Render Packaging’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to that claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

California law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
