Contact and business information may include your name, company, email address, phone number, and communications. Quote information may include project type, quantities, artwork or packaging requirements, timing, and other details you choose to provide.

Order-request and order information processed through Shopify may include contact details, shipping and billing details, requested or purchased products, transaction status, and order history. An unpaid draft order request does not collect payment-card information. Render Packaging does not receive your complete payment-card number from Shopify checkout.

Technical information may include IP address, browser and device details, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location, security events, and storefront interactions. The cart and analytics preference are stored in your browser.

If you choose to receive text messages, SMS information may include your mobile number, the written permission you provide, when and how you opted in, the message types you agreed to receive, text conversation content, delivery information, and requests to stop messages or obtain help.

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser and device, and from service providers that support order requests, checkout, hosting, analytics, communications, fraud prevention, shipping, and order fulfillment.

We use information to provide the storefront; prepare quotes; create unpaid Shopify draft order requests; create carts and complete accepted orders; confirm availability, freight, taxes, pricing, and payment; deliver, support, cancel, return, or refund orders; communicate with you; maintain security; prevent abuse and fraud; troubleshoot failures; comply with law; and improve products and site performance.

We limit collection, use, and retention to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes or another compatible purpose disclosed to you.

We use SMS information to respond to your inquiries, provide the quote, order, and delivery updates you agreed to receive, record and manage consent and opt-outs, deliver and troubleshoot messages, and maintain appropriate compliance records. Providing a phone number for another purpose does not by itself enroll you in text messages.

Essential browser storage preserves your cart and privacy preference. These features operate even when optional analytics is disabled.

Google Analytics runs by default so we can understand which products and pages are used, and you can turn it off at any time using the “Privacy choices” control. When running, it may use first-party identifiers and collect page, event, device, browser, session, and approximate-location information. We do not send quote-form text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, full search URLs, or payment details to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, Google signals, and ad personalization are disabled in our tag configuration.

Turning analytics off sends a denied consent update, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site, and is remembered on this browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, analytics stays off automatically and no action is required from you.

This storefront detects supported Global Privacy Control (GPC) and browser Do Not Track signals. When either signal is active, optional analytics remains disabled even if the browser previously stored an analytics grant.

Because browser signals apply to a browser or device, use the signal on each browser or device you want covered. You may also contact us to make a request concerning information linked to you.

We disclose information to service providers and contractors only as needed for the purposes above. These may include Shopify for carts, draft order requests, checkout, payment processing, customer accounts, and orders; Vercel for hosting and security; Google Analytics subject to the privacy controls described above; email and quote-storage providers; professional advisers; carriers; and fulfillment partners.

SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared with any third party and affiliate company for marketing purposes.

Messaging service providers and mobile carriers may process mobile numbers, message content, delivery information, and consent or opt-out information only as needed to deliver messages and administer the messaging service on our behalf. This operational processing does not authorize their own marketing use of your SMS information. The general sharing descriptions elsewhere in this policy do not permit sharing SMS opt-in information or mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or complete a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business subject to appropriate protections.

Participation in SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Our SMS terms explain the message types, written opt-in method, frequency, possible carrier charges, and ways to stop messages or get help. Our general website quote and order forms do not enroll you in SMS, and accepting general website terms does not give SMS permission.

We may retain limited consent and opt-out records as reasonably necessary to honor your choices and meet legal obligations.

Render Packaging does not sell personal information for money. This frontend does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and its Google Analytics configuration disables advertising personalization.

Shopify may separately process information when you use Shopify checkout, customer accounts, Shop, Shop Pay, or other Shopify consumer services. Shopify describes those activities and its privacy choices in the policy linked above.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including order fulfillment, customer support, accounting, tax, legal, dispute, fraud-prevention, and security obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, limit certain sensitive-information uses, or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

The storefront is intended for United States business purchasers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this frontend.

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date and, when required, additional notice.
