Refund & Returns Policy

Unopened, unused stock items in their original case packaging may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. A return is not accepted until Render Packaging issues return authorization.

Returned goods must be complete, unaltered, and suitable for resale. Please do not send goods back without authorization; unauthorized shipments may be refused.

Custom-manufactured, printed, decorated, private-label, special-order, and customer-approved proof items are final sale because they are produced for a specific buyer. This does not limit remedies for goods that are defective or materially different from the approved proof or written specification.

Inspect deliveries promptly. If a shipment is damaged, short, or incorrect, preserve the packaging and contact us with the order number, affected quantity, and photographs when available. We will review the issue and, when confirmed, arrange an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund.

Unless the return results from our error or confirmed defective goods, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and safe transit back to the authorized location. Original shipping or freight charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

After authorized goods are received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control the time required for a credit to appear.

Contact us immediately to request an order change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins, inventory is allocated, artwork is approved, or custom production starts.
