Use catalog attributes to narrow the options, then verify the exact assembled package and intended use before you commit to cases. Requirements vary by product, configuration and jurisdiction.
Child-resistant evidence
A child-resistant catalog attribute may come from supplier or Shopify source data; it is not a blanket certification. Before relying on a Poison Prevention Packaging Act or 16 CFR 1700.20 claim, confirm that the test report matches the exact assembled system — container, closure, liner and any other component — and whether the required single-use or reclosable test applies.
Documentation on request

Materials and food-contact use
A material name such as glass, PET or polypropylene does not by itself establish FDA authorization or suitability for every food-contact use. If the package will contact food, edibles or another regulated product, request a declaration or supporting documentation for the exact materials and intended conditions of use.
Opacity & labeling readiness
Several states require opaque packaging for some product types — that's why our pop-top tubes and many containers come in opaque black and white alongside clear. Straight-sided jars and longer tubes carry the growing list of required warning symbols and text comfortably; max-label dimensions are listed on product pages.
