Terms & Conditions

14-Day Return Policy

Customers have 14 business days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or report issues, such as damaged items or discrepancies.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] or call us at (213) 757-8064 during business hours.
  • Provide your order details, and we will assist you through the return process.

Reporting Issues

Issues must be reported within 14 business days of receiving your order. This includes:

  • Damaged items
  • Lost packages
  • Requests for a return

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the customer is at fault (e.g., buyer’s remorse): A $15 return label fee will apply (per label).
  • If the order is rejected by the customer: An $18 UPS return label fee will apply (per label).
  • If Render Packaging is at fault: All fees will be waived.

Restocking Fee

  • A $30 restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns except in cases of defective or damaged products reported within the stated time frame.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: All custom products are final sales and cannot be returned.
  • Used Items: Any product that has been used is considered a final sale.
  • Clearance Items: Clearance sale items are non-returnable and are considered final sales.

Return Process

To ensure a successful return:

  1. Condition: Products must be returned in good condition, in their original packaging, with all parts, accessories, and the UPC code intact.
  2. Shipping Charges: Refunds for shipping charges will only be issued if the product was mis-shipped or defective upon arrival.
  3. Authorization Number: Write the Return Authorization Number (RMA) on the outside of the package and on a copy of the original packing slip included in the box.
  4. Shipping Method: Use a traceable ground shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving and processing the return.
  • Credit will be applied to the original payment method. Depending on your billing cycle, it may take up to two billing periods for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shortages, Discrepancies, or Damaged Shipments

What to Do Upon Delivery

  1. Inspect Thoroughly: Examine the package for damage and check its contents. Even if the packaging appears intact, hidden damage is possible.
  2. Report Issues Immediately: Notify us at [email protected] within 14 business days if you identify any shortages, discrepancies, or damages.

Important Notes

  • If damage is visible, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
  • Many shipments are left at doorsteps by carriers like UPS. Be sure to inspect these packages thoroughly.

Defective Merchandise

If a product is defective upon delivery (not caused by shipping damages):

  1. Contact us within 14 days at [email protected] or call (213) 757-8064.
  2. Provide your order number and the purchase date for verification.

Types of Return Requests

  • Buyer’s Remorse: A $30 restocking fee may apply.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: No restocking fee applies if the issue is reported within the stated time frame.
  • Rejected Delivery: If the delivery is rejected, customers will be responsible for a return shipping fee of $18 per box.
  • Improper Returns: If items are returned without an RMA number or arrive damaged/incomplete, additional fees may apply.

Shipping Delays Due to External Factors

Render Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political events
  • Technological outages affecting shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS)

Refunds for delayed deliveries or associated shipping charges will not be issued under these circumstances.

Best Practices for Returns

  • Use the original packaging when possible.
  • Ensure the item is packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
  • Include all free items or promotional products received with the original order.
